Retest recommendation is declined by client or candidateIn response to concerns, whether stemming from technical issues, findings of fraud/cheating, or otherwise, a retest recommendation is made to client but declined by either Client or Candidate.70% of original test price is applied.
Retest recommendation or Retest Scheduling process expires (30 days following the initial Test Completion Date)Retest recommendation and/or Retest Scheduling process exceeds 30 days beyond the original Test Completion Date, with no response from either the Candidate or Client.70% of original test price is applied.
Test Report ScheduleStandard turnaround for test reports is 5-6 business days from the date of test completion. Expedited service (when available) ensures report delivery within 2-3 business days of the date of test completion. Any test completed after 5:00pm eastern or during the weekend (from FRI 5pm to SUN 11:59pm) will be issued a completion date of the following business day.
